Eduard Kokoity, leader of the South Ossetian separatists accuses Georgia in the Dmenisi explosions. Kokoity says that the official Tbilisi continues terrorist policy towards South Ossetia.

"Intensification of Georgian subversive activities in South Ossetia is an attempt to destabilize situation and to ruin the negotiation process", said Kokoity.
